初めに
本サイトは、柊碧華(Twitter ID : @aoka45)による塩釜(@shiogama_merry)に対しての以下の行為についての一連の経緯を、お互いの弁護士を通してまとめたものである。本サイトの公開及び示談書兼誓約書の締結をもって、塩釜は柊碧華の謝罪を受け入れ、本件においての加害を不問とする。
柊碧華が塩釜に向けてした行為の概要
(1)柊碧華は、Twitterにおいて、自身の海外を中心とするフォロワーに対して、塩釜から嫌がらせを受けている旨の虚偽の事実を流布した。
(2)柊碧華は、塩釜を想起させる内容で、塩釜から嫌がらせを受けている旨のツイートをするなどの行為を行った。
目的
塩釜と柊碧華の両者の合意に基づいた範囲の事実を公開することで、第三者による事実から外れた解釈が噂として広まることによる、両者の管理音源のユーザー及び関わりの深い人物への影響を最小限にし、後々禍根を残さないようにする意図があるものとする。
なお、塩釜は本サイトの公開と誓約書の締結をもって柊碧華の謝罪を受け入れ、本件においての加害を不問とするため、柊碧華及び近しい人物を陥れる意図はないものとする。

Purpose
Purpose of opening the true information agreed by both Shiogama and Aoka Hiiragi is to prevent the influence of the false information spread by the third party and to each other's UTAU character user and person who has relationship with the work and not to leave any source of calamity. Therefore, by release of this site and contract of private settlement and pledge Shiogama will accept apology from Aoka Hiiragi and pass over a matter in silence, there is no purpose of ensnare Aoka Hiiragi and the person who is close to her.
