Shiogama realized the situation from her outside Japan follower’s contact. At this point few of the followers from outside Japan has removed from following.

After realizing the situation Shiogama replied directly to Aoka Hiiragi.

Right after this, Aoka Hiiragi blocked Shiogama and deleted her account.
To prove the comment was not from Shiogama was difficult for her because the comment was unrelated to her. Also there were comments on Shiogama’s video related to this case, and the rumor that “There was discord between them. ” Therefore Shiogama took this situation seriously and tweeted 3 points related to this situation.

Shiogama is not the one who wrote the anti-comment in Aoka Hiiragi’s video,and doesn't know the precise video.

If Aoka Hiiragi doesn’t have the will to talk, Shigama can’t show her innocence, therefore she has to hire a lawyer to settle this situation.

Aoka Hiiragi’s fiance tweeted his opinion and tweeted some for Aoka Hiiragi.

Right now Aoka is really depressed and looks like she became melancholy again. And doesn’t have the power to tweet. Looks like she couldn’t stand up to the situation. Became confused and asked for opinions from her friends.
The account will be back in a few days or create a new account for contact. The account will be back whenever her condition gets better. I’m not sure that her condition gets to the point where we can talk together.
She is depressed that she didn’t have the will to make it a big matter but dragged a lot of people and abused unnecessary people. She is taking the words from the sufferer and became despareate from the misunderstanding.

She is going to ask the lawyer about the slander and wish for disclosure of information.

Shiogama suggested Aoka Hiiragi, “Talk in public” or “Talk through the lawyer”. Aoka Hiiragi chose to talk in public.
Reason why Shiogama suggested Aoka to talk in public was because of these 5 reasons.

Shiogama wanted to talk in a calm condition and fact check the situation. Because in the UTAU cluster, if trouble happens most of the time, they have to “reluctant concession” or “claim their opinion on their twitter.” and Shiogama didn’t want her and Aoka Hiiragi’s UTAU character user and person concerned with it stop their activity through this case.

All ready Aoka Hiiragi media manipulated to Shiogama and if she contacted and fact checked where the followers can't see, Aoka Hiiragi’s close people may say things like that “Aoka Hiiragi was assault by Shiogama when they were talking”, “Shogama has done things that Aoka Hiiragi wanted to attack Shiogama.” and just-world hypothesis from the cognitive bias happens and it will be difficult to restore her reputation.

From this point, a conference and fact check was taken between Shiogama and Aoka Hiiragi.
Shiogama tweeted about this conference to converge the situation and does not wish for the third parties to attack Aoka Hiiragi.

Shiogama and Aoka Hiiragi both open up to the public about the conference from the agreement they had. (*Apendex1 and 2). Also Aoka Hiiragi tweeted her apology between the conference and before the fact that Shiogama was not the one who commented and this tweet may arouse Shiogama's antipathy. On the other side Shiogama only claimed her opinion about the case in the DM.

Shiogama’s side suggested and stop opening the conference. In that time Shiogama had these 3 purposes to that suggestion.

Person who claimed friend of Aoka Hiiragi contacted gave information to Shiogama. The information was about Aoka Hiiragi exaggerating to the third party about the purpose of denigrating Shiogama, and the ways to do it. This information was consistent to the actions taken by Aoka Hiiragi. Shiogama asked for permission for opening up the information and opened up about it.
From this point Shiogama realized about people who has relationships was dragged into the situation and how strong the enmity was. And found out that the purpose of Aoka Hiiragi was to delete Shiogama’s account or stop her UTAU distribution. Shiogama decided that she can’t handle this case by herself because of the following reasons. Aoka Hiiragi is still in unstable mental. Claimed that she found the one who commented in the said video from week reason (*Appendix 1 2) and from the information, Aoka Hiiragi’s aggression showed up in many ways. Also the things that Aoka Hiiragi was talking to the third parties was out of Shiogama’s purview. Therefore Shogama feared that by signing an agreement, to prevent the loop of cases like this, is not effective because of her relativity from actions and judgment ability of Aoka Hiiragi. Shiogama hired a lawyer for the following reasons. The false information spread to the outside Japan UTAU users and assessment of the impact by this case was unestimateable. Telling the true fact was difficult.
Shiogama got insomnia from psychological distress because her creativity was slandered by unreasonable reason and by directly seeing what Aoka Hiiragi was talking about the enmity Shiogama talken to the third party. From September 29 2021 Shiogama has to stop operating her twitter account until this case settles. The reason was that she feared that misunderstanding and rumors would spread.
On September 29 2021, one of the companions, announced some tweets as Shiogama’s deputy.
